1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rooted Commercial Solutions website and Client Portal (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rooted Commercial Solutions provides commercial janitorial and maintenance services. The Service includes:

• Public Website: Information about our services, quote request functionality, and company information
• Client Portal: A secure, invitation-only platform for existing clients to view cleaning schedules, submit and track maintenance requests, communicate with our team, and review facility plans

3. Client Portal Accounts

Client Portal accounts are created by Rooted Commercial Solutions administrators on behalf of clients. There is no self-registration. By using a Client Portal account, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized individuals
• Change your temporary password upon first login as prompted by the system
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the portal only for its intended business purposes related to our service agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for breach of these terms or at the conclusion of a service agreement.

4. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding agreement for services. Quote requests are invitations for us to provide a proposal. Any service agreement will be established through a separate written contract between you and Rooted Commercial Solutions.

5. Content and Conduct

When using the Client Portal, you may upload photos and submit text descriptions related to maintenance requests. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is accurate, relevant to our services, and does not violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that we determine to be inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are owned by Rooted Commercial Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our name, logo, and branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rooted Commercial Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any inability to access the Client Portal. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sacramento County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
